Question about FHA process? - fha inspection guidelines
I was approved for a FHA loan for an amount X, and we found a reasonable accommodation require 15% less than X. Re is again in the morning, and are sure interested in purchasing.
I am the way things should go from here confused. I call my bank advisor tomorrow, but I'm very excited / nervous, and I would like to know more about this evening. Should I consider an offer or an FHA inspector to the first place? I have basic knowledge of the screening criteria of the house and I am sure that the guidelines of the FHA inspection. I fear that if it gets too long, someone else will come and tear the house. The seller is a realtor who owns the land, he knows I'm looking for a loan from the FHA, and seems well with him, but I would be very disappointed if we lost the house, while the FHA. I wonder if they offer and take part in an inspection contract contingent to help me keep a foot in the door make it a little wider. Any tips?
