Beer is so simple to make and can be excellent by the chemical equipment such as shoes are obtained, or a homebrew shop.

Usually it contains a can of malt extract from barley has been on the yeast and beer, sprang enough for 22.5 liters / 5 gallons

Open the box and poured into a sterile fermenter, add the amount of instructions in boiling water, rinse the can with him, and fill with cold.

The wort is now at the right temperature to add yeast. Leave covered in a neighborhood of room temperature to ferment for about 4-7 days heavy beer, bitter or otherwise, about 7-14 days for beer (smooth in cold temperature). The fermentation is complete when the bubbles stop rising or falling under the trademark black water.

From there, either in a sterile siphon higher pressure barrel (easier) or a fund by gravity from the tap barrel or in sterile vials touch lining. The sugar barrel or bottle on the condition of the beer (which is slightly soft drinks is making) and clear for about a week. Then you can drink!

Alternatively, you can get the malt and hops too rough,Order At-Home beer, and "Mash" it is cooked (starch) itself, but it is easier to use the kit.

The amount of added sugars for the fermentation is yours. More sugar yield more alcohol, but produces a thinner beer. Do not add sugar in any of the alcohol to about 2%. Add kilo to 5% recommended.

If you have more beer, add more sugar, but more malt to keep the taste and do a good beer.

Beer making, you have enough time for it. Wine takes 9 months to a year at least
